Buying this caravan means you will take up the remaining lease which is valid until June 2027. After June 2027 a new lease will be issued. 

Not included in the price will be the remaining site fees, caravan insurance, rates, etc for the 2024 season.

A complete breakdown of what your expected to pay on top of sale of the caravan can be issued by sales in the caravan sales office.

They have to do this. It will always be pro-rata depending on when you buy. The more into the season we go the less in fees on top of the caravan sale you pay.

If i have bookings still pending when you purchase this caravan, you must honour them or wait until the my last guests have vacated the caravan.

All monies taken for these guests will be transferred to you and then they become your responsibility. This will be noted to you when you decide to purchase the caravan.

Viewing will only take place on a Saturday at 1pm by appointment only with a £50 refundable deposit if you turn up.
