Here are a few reasons why I sold up.

 

1. Once you've purchased a caravan from site, you have some tough clauses when trying to sell realistically.

2. Any alterations need to be approved by site and the quotes are out of this world.

3. Trying to get a disabled ramp fitted to an existing veranda, they wanted £15K

4. The site fees just keep going up and up and up.

 

But, having said all that, we enjoyed our caravan sited here and left many families with happy memories. I've got my weekends back enjoying time with my family
