This Luxury Willerby ECO 35ft x 12ft Caravan is sited on Haven's 5* Holiday Park in Primrose Valley on the East Coast of Yorkshire.
I want to create family holiday's where you can enjoy all the fun in one central location. The moment you walk in you will be amazed at the beauty this caravan has to offer.
There will be No Cleaning required on entry, it's all done for you. All Pans, Crockery, Cutlery, Cooker, Hob, Microwave, Work Surfaces, Both Toilets, Shower Cubicle etc all cleaned before you arrive.
Haven's cleaners take 30 minutes, I take over 3 hrs. The comments i have received about my caravan compared to Haven's and other Private Owners Caravans are they are expected to clean the pans, crockery, cutlery etc, on a need to clean, as you use basis. Yak! that's disgusting. Not here.
This caravan is sited in a re-developed area with private parking space, piped gas, tarmac walkways and roads. It's in a cul-de-sac, being the fourth one in, just opposite Starbucks and a play area. Starbucks is next to the Spar and Barrel & Mash. Just next to these is the main Fun-works Complex and Burger King. The caravan is quietly placed as this is a no through road for cars, yet everything here is just on your doorstep.
There's a huge veranda, full wrap round with a gate also compliments this holiday home with rattan style patio furniture for basking in the sun. Positioned south facing for maximum effect.
There's a lockable storage box where you can put your suitcases, pushchairs or even a wheelchair, this will save you the hassle of bringing theses into the caravan
Ideal for people without transport is a Bus Stop just out of the cul-de-sac near reception to travel to Scarborough, Bridlington, Filey etc.
Around the corner are the cliff tops for stunning views of Filey and the sea. A massive grassed area to play ball games, have picnics, and also gain access to the beach.
This Caravan will sleep 6 in 3 bedrooms. 1 x double and 2 x twin beds, No bunk beds. The caravan has Kingspan Insulation for extra warmth and has Double Glazing & Central Heating in every possible room.
There's a Gas fire in the Lounge and factory fitted heaters in all bedrooms if you feel the central heating is too much.
The Lounge has a 32" Free-view TV with built in Dvd/Cd player, a HDMI socket for if the kids or even adults want to bring a games console to play on. The
seating area is huge, so all can view the TV with nice views out of the bay window onto the cul-de-sac, no back ends of caravans here.
A free standing dining table and an open planned fully fitted kitchen with full size cooker/hob/grill, kettle, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster and lots of cupboard space.
The bathroom has a power shower, it's fast, hot, no more slow flow, thanks to an upgraded boiler when the central heating was installed. A selection of shelves to place clothes and toiletries on. A mirror, sink and toilet also occupy the bathroom.
Across the hallway is another toilet and sink for when the bathroom is occupied.
The master bedroom has 1 x double bed that can be accessed from either side. A wardrobe with drawers, a mirror and a nice radiator makes this a cosy bedroom.
The two twin bedrooms have 2 x single beds, a small wardrobe and a radiator in each, once again, nice and cosy.
I've supplied a hoover, an airier and cleaning products to compliment your stay,
Passes are not included in the prices, these are purchased from reception

A £100 p/wk secures your booking. There's is in addition to the holiday price a returnable security bond of £75 p/wk or £125 p/wk if pets are staying.
You can Pay via BACS (Internet Banking) PayPay or cheque and also pay by instalments.
Once you decide which week(s) you require, contact me, I will send you a booking form to fill in with details on how to pay etc, You are given an up to date receipt with every payment made.
